.dll decompilation

im trying to decompile a .dll file but its not working. I have the new Spices.Net Decompiler but its not working on this specific file. Also, I tried to decompile it with Reflector.Net, but it says it cant because the dll doesnt have a CLI(Command-Line Interface) header. Can anyone please help me with this... Any help will me appreciated.

sounds like it's not a .net dll, so you can't use .net tools on it. you'll need a decompiler that works with whatever type of dll you have.
