Okay here's the deal...I'm making a flash page for D12...I have it set up to where the different members are buttons and each one takes you to his own page...I have checked the syntax(sp) and it shows there are no errors..Well in Flash Mx 2004 (Flash 7) no matter which button you click on it will take you to the next scene in the list of scenes....no matter what...I can change the order of the scenes in the scene list but every time each button takes me to the first scene after the main one.

When I save it as a Flash MX (6) file though....I have no problem with this what-so-ever. it works just fine....Does anyone know why htis occurs?.

i would personally just layer the scenes and make them individually visible in accordance with which button is pressed.

like if such and such button is true then scene whatever is visible.
