Hey, does anyone know a good website that will help someone that just started using flash mx?

I played with it already and it seems really cool, but I want to learn more! :P

First off, I would advice everyone to start his flash adventure with the material inside Flash itself. Look at the top menu under Help (Lessons-Tutorials-ActionScript Dictionary).

In addition you can find a lot of interesting material in the Macromedia Technotes.

To benefit from the experience and knowledge of fellow flash designers and developers, continue your Flash journey to the many flashcommunities on the Web. Gain access to their archives of tutorials, flash movies, sounds, etc. ... and dig deep into the unexplored. I have organised some of my favorite flash sites.

I think as a beginner you should start with the tutorial which is within flash. It gives you a good beginning

Shadowness is great graphics wize. Sure they couldn't program a working login system if they had a working one in front of them, but their excellent at graphics. If you go here and sign up add tearman to your friends list.
