are you talking about macros? if so, i seriously doubt that corel (an ms competitor) can use macros written in vb. i haven't worked with quattro though, so i can't say for sure. i would be surprised if it didn't have any language at all for macros though . . .

my mind is like a steel trap! it only hangs on to the big stuff. visit my forums at track7.org

I have a problem with updating graph series in Quattro Pro 9. Every week I have to update the graph series for 8 graphs of hog data for 20 specific barns. This results in updating 160 graphs with 5 series each every week with a new corresponding time series. For a while now, I have been doing this manually which seems time consuming and tedious. Is there a way I can update the series of a graph automatically by means of a macro or by using some sort of referencing structure from week to week? I'm sure there must be a way but right now I am puzzled as to how to go about this!!! Does anyone have any ideas that can help me out in any way? I would really appreciate it!

Hi,

I too need help for accessing a QPW file's properties through VB code. I could not find much information on the topic anywhere. If you have already found a solution, please do post it here !!!!!

Does anyone know how to convert a quattro pro *.WB2 file into an excel worksheet. Pls don't tell me to do a "File Save as", because that really does not work. If anyone has successfully done so ,(PS: with a resonably complex quattro pro worksheet) Please let me know.

thanks
tony

I HAVE A SMALL BUSINESS APPLICATION (INVOICES, PURCHASE ORDERS, BILLING, INVENTORY) IN QUATTRO PRO FOR WINDOWS 6.0. IWOULD LIKE HELP IN DECIDING ON WHETHER TO UPGRADE TO THE COREL LATEST VERSION. IS THERE A BOOK, A FORUM, A COURSE, OR WHATEVER, THAT SPECIFICALLY ADRESSES WHAT IS NOT COMPATIBLE BETWEEN THE TWO VERSIONS, AND HOW TO MEASURE THE CONVERSION COSTS?
