I desparately need help here.
I need to do the following task;

To set up a Group on the linux/unix system which has 2 different users say Maali and Allan.
Set different passwords for both users.
These two different users need to share certain files on the system, so, i am required to set up a shared directory and a CourseWork file within it.
I am to make sure that both users can access the directory and files but outside users can`t.
To also create a script that can automatically be called to Backup all the shared files for the Group and to schedule it to back up every day at 2am.
Say Maali has left to another country, i am require to back up his files and remove his user account from the system.

Please any kind of help will do.
Document what you would do including the appropriate commands with their options and arguments and the required script in accomplishing this task.
