Hey everyone, I'm new around here, and so I apologize for this unprecedented post, but I hope that you'll see my situation warrants it. The situation is like this: I've gathered a team for this summer to work on an RPG, of what I consider to be quite excellent design, as both a learning experience and a portfolio piece, as some of the team hopes to go on to work in the industry at some point. The problem is that I recently lost my one and only graphics programmer, and am now in dire need of a (or hopefully more than one) replacement. I have programmers, artists, and an audio engineer lined up for this project, but am now at a standstill as a result of having no graphics programmers. I am not envisioning this game to rival the professionally developed games being produced right now, not at all in fact, but rather, as I said, to make it fun, playable, look decent at least, and to have it as a great learning experience. Therefore, I'd welcome anyone who knows graphics, 2D or 3D, and has a desire to contribute to this project.

I can go into more details about the game if you have interest (and if you do, feel free to contact me at rtjdyck@uwaterloo.ca), but basically it'll be an RPG with real-time battles, something similar to the Tales series developed by Namco, if you are familiar with them.
