Goodday.
Recently I come across some papers working on avatar animation using MPEG-4 standard.
Does anyone here knows anything about MPEG-4?
I am blur about the idea of FAP,FDP, Encoding and decoding.
How these together form the animation in MPEG-4?
Do I need to do coding again like what we sued to do in OpenGL?
Or we just pass in the parameters for the MPEG-4 to settle the work?
