Hey, i was wondering if you would be able to help me with learning how to create animations. even if it's just simple stuff like this...

First of all, I would recommend that you not use VB, but rather C/C++ for computer graphics animation. You should learn C/C++ and then buy some books on API specific stuff like DirectX and OpenGL. If you want to learn how to make animated gif's (like what you used as an example), Free2Code is probably not the website for you. If you're still lost or if I haven't been specific enough, please let me know.

first.. you need programs. and, I'd like to say, you dont really need to know how to program, to use a program. esepcially c/++(advanced programming language)... isnt it called downloading? im sure most people here are click and use people anyways. I dont think they really WANT to know how to make an animation PROGRAM, they just want to make animations.
