CCAPP woes!

CCAPP.exe kinda sux cause its a background process that eats up a lot of my memory and slows down my PC. i have Internet Security 2005 with all the woes to go with it!...stupid darn popups dat interupts my other programs, constant updating with that darn liveupdate, and that darn registration process.
But the main problem i have is with ccapp.exe. Everytime i try to end the process it gives me an Access Denied message and i cant end it. Its eating up my resources! 
Anybody got any ideas on this or have the same problem?
Stick and Stones may break my bones but Caricatures will cause a riot!

Uninstall Norton Internet Security. It's a piece of junk.
NIS will complain if you get rid of ccapp.exe...
A guy gets on a bus and starts threatening everybody: "I'll integrate you! I'll differentiate you!!!" So everybody gets scared and runs away. Only one person stays. The guy comes up to him and says: "Aren't you scared, I'll integrate you, I'll differentiate you!!!" And the other guy says: "No, I am not scared, I am e to the power of x."

Any free good Antivirus software out in the net somewhere?
