I, somehow got Winfixer 2005 on my computer. Maybe my dad installed it or maybe it just got on to my computer. However, it runs, and scans the registry, but it asks for it to be registered. Do i have to in order for this to fix the problems?

I got rid of this after about a week. It puts an icon on the desktop, sometimes in the righthand corner next to the clock. Right click and look at properties . There'll be abox ticked - "archive" or something. Untick any boxes that are ticked. then right click 'start" go to "find" - type "winfixer". I got 8 program files. Right click and delete all, then empty recycle bin. It worked for me! Good luck.
