I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a site that has blinkies that blink and are free to adopt. I have searched and searched but found only mostly ones that do not blink. I am also unable to make my own cause I am just new at using a computer. And do not have the programs to do it either. If there is someone out there who can point me to the blinking blinkies sites I would be very greatful. Thanks much, Angelcat

There are a lot of links in this older thread. But don't bother looking at page two of that thread, it's all deleted spam posts.
Then I know of another one, channa-place. It's all dutch, but almost every link leads to another page of that insane blinking stuff.
