Merry Christmas to all! I hope you are having a wonderous Holidays!

Today, I got a brand new spankin' cordless keyboard with mouse. It is a Microsoft keyboard and mouse. I have no problem with the keyboard. My problem is the mouse.

My mouse does several things:

1)causes "heavy dragging" THe cursor seems to move very slow across the screen.
2) the scrolling thing seems to be out of whack...I can feel something hard in a dozen clicks. Its hard work to scroll a single page!
3). The laser light seems to be sending a weak singel. Its very weak. WHen I tough the laser, it lits up like a Christmas tree! If I hold the mouse in the air for a minute or so, the laser starts to blink.
4) When I have multiple windows opens, the mouse would cause the window I am not using to appear out of the blue.

WHat in the world is going on?
